ACTIVE THREAT INTERDICTION – INSTRUCTOR 4 DAYS
The Active Threat Interdiction Instructor Course offered by 88 Tactical is specifically designed to equip officers with the necessary skills and strategies to effectively respond to active threat incidents in various environments and teach the material back to their agency. Unlike traditional active threat response training, which is often limited to school structures, this course focuses on providing universal and scalable tactics applicable to a range of settings, including crowded areas, open-air venues, vehicles, and indoor spaces.
The course begins with a brief lecture that highlights the distinctions between 88 Tactical's Active Threat Interdiction strategy and traditional training approaches. Following the lecture, the course emphasizes hands-on instruction to ensure practical application of the tactics taught. The objective is to enable officers to address threats promptly in any situation, regardless of the circumstances, even if the suspects are attempting to flee or are encountered randomly.
To enhance the realism of the training, the course incorporates multiple contact drills, force-on-force exercises, scenario simulations, live-fire range practice, and post-engagement exercises. Dry practice and the use of force-on-force marked cartridges are employed to maximize the authenticity of the training experience.
By focusing on better positioning and decision-making, the course aims to decrease the likelihood of officers being forced into a shooting situation when it may not be necessary. Overall, the Active Threat Interdiction Course provides officers with the knowledge and skills to rapidly and effectively respond to active killer incidents in diverse environments, promoting safer and more efficient outcomes. Upon passing, students will need to complete teach-backs and pass the live fire range portion.

3. Registration
As part of the registration process, you will provide an e-mail address and create a password. These are your credentials for accessing the Services that are only available to members ("Credentials"). You should keep your Credentials private and not share your Credentials with anyone else. 15. Choice of Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions shall be deemed to have been entered into and shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois as applied to contracts made and to be performed entirely within Illinois, without giving effect to the state’s conflicts of law statute. Any controversy, dispute or claim arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions or your use of the Services shall be settled by final and binding arbitration to be conducted by an arbitration tribunal in the State, City and County of Illinois, pursuant to the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration tribunal shall consist of one arbitrator. The decision or award of the arbitrator shall be final, and judgment upon such decision or award may be entered in any competent court or application may be made to any competent court for judicial acceptance of such decision or award and an order of enforcement. The parties agree that the arbitrator shall have the authority to impose equitable and injunctive relief as well as to award monetary relief, as the arbitrator deems appropriate.
16. Assignment
We may assign this contract at any time to any parent, subsidiary, or any affiliated company, or as part of the sale to, merger with, or transfer of our company to another entity. We will post a notice on the Site regarding any change of ownership so that you have the opportunity to discontinue your use of the Site or cancel your registration if you do not wish to continue to use the Site and the Services under the new ownership. You may not assign, transfer or sublicense these Terms and Conditions to anyone else and any attempt to do so in violation of this section shall be null and void.

Mobile Device Applications (Apps)
When you download and install our Bizzflo Mobile App onto your mobile device we assign a random number to your App installation. This number cannot be used to identify you personally, and we cannot identify you personally unless you choose to become a registered user of the App. We use this random number in a manner similar to our use of Cookies as described in this Privacy Policy. Unlike Cookies the random number is assigned to your installation of the App itself and not a browser, because the App does not work through your browser. Therefore the random number cannot be removed through settings. If you do not want us to use the random number for the purposes for which we use Cookies, please do not use the Mobile Device App and please use your mobile device browser to access our Web sites or our mobile optimized sites. We do not obtain any information about your mobile device, other than the brand, make and model and type of operating software your device uses.

Bizzflo does not share information stored in flash cookies with third parties and the data in them is not used by or on behalf of Bizzflo for delivery of advertisements.
Web Beacons
"Web Beacons" are small graphic image files embedded in a web page or email that indicates a presence on the web page or email and send back information from the user’s browser. We may use “Web Beacons” to collect Non-Personal Information about your use of our Web site and the Web sites of selected sponsors and advertisers, and your use of special promotions or newsletters. Storage
We store all Traffic Data and review postings indefinitely, even after “deletion,” and may archive such information elsewhere. All Personal information’s are stored until you request that we modify or delete it, in which case we may still wind up retaining some of that information for the reasons described later in this document.
Children's Online Privacy Protection Act

Bizzflo provides its registered users the access to modify some of the personal information you have included in your profile or change your username by logging in and accessing your account. However, upon a request to delete your account and the personal information, Bizzflo will use commercially reasonable efforts, but it may be impossible to close your account without some information retained by us.
