Instructor Membership
Description: A Corporate Membership is required for any person, group, or legal entity that uses Cowtown Range for any purpose OTHER THAN for a PURELY RECREATIONAL purpose. For clarity, any use of the range that pertains to buisness (wheather it's a for profit business or a non-profit business) is NOT recreational and will require a Corporate Memberhsip.
Types of Corporate Memberships: There are two types of Corporate Memberships: 1) Instructor Membership, and 2) Commercial Membership. An Instructor Membership is required for any use of the range that involves non-recreational firearms training/instruction provided by anyone in the business of firearms training/instruction, which may/may not involve compensation (whether monetary or in-kind), or is provided gratis. A Commercial Membership is required for any other non-recreational use of Cowtown Range.
Range Orientation Course: The purpose of the Range Orientation Course (ROC) is to ensure every person utilizing a CORPORATE MEMBERSHIP is familiar with all rules and regulations of the range and can serve as the Range Safety Officer (RSO) for any corporate use at any firing position. One or more RSO('s) must be designated for every commericlal use of Cowtown Range. Every instructor that teaches at Cowtown Range must attend the ROC. In the event a new instructor is added to your staff after the inital ROC for your company, such instructor must attend the ROC and an additional ROC fee of $99.00 will be assessed. If deemed necessary, additonal ROC(s) may be required for some instructors at the discretion of Cowtown Range.
Range Safety Officer: ALL instructors (both primary and assistant) must maintain and provide proof of RSO certification by the NRA, NSSF, or USCCA. For convenience, Cowtown Range provides a NRA RSO certification course immediately following every ROC for an additional fee of $49.00.
Instructor/student Ratio: Instructors must adhere to the current Instructor/Student ratio contained in the Operations Handbook for all training sessions/courses.

- Copy of FFL or SOT (If Applicable)
Insurance Requirements: Proof of insurance is required at all times (i.e. a Certificate of Insurance) in compliance with the below coverages and amounts:
The “Certificate Holder” section on the certificate of insurance must contain the following language: “Cowtown Range, LLC and Westward Ho Adventures, LLC, 10402 W. Carefree Highway, Peoria, AZ 85383”

designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site
