Authorization and Acknowledgement

Recoil website will allow consumers to search for Service Providers, by location, and be able to schedule appointments based on the published schedule by the Service Providers (and their individual resources). However, you understand that:

• However, Recoil (i) does not recommend or endorse any Service Provider, (ii) does not make any representations or warranties with respect to these Service Providers or the quality of the service they may provide and (iii)does not receive any additional fees from such Service Providers for featuring them through the Services;

Registration

As part of the registration process, you will provide an e-mail address and create a password. These are your credentials for accessing the Services that are only available to members (“Credentials”). You should keep your Credentials private and not share your Credentials with anyone else. These Terms and Conditions shall be deemed to have been entered into and shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey as applied to contracts made and to be performed entirely within New Jersey, without giving effect to the state’s conflicts of law statute. Any controversy, dispute or claim arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions, or your use of the Services shall be settled by final and binding arbitration to be conducted by an arbitration tribunal in the State, City and County of New Jersey, pursuant to the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration tribunal shall consist of one arbitrator. Assignment
