CONDITIONS OF USE 

Buyer and/or User of this site consents and agrees that use of the sugarbusharmory.com (Sugarbush Armory, LLC) website constitutes your legally binding agreement to abide by all the Store Policies (Terms and Conditions). Read them all very carefully. 

Buyer and/or User of this site consents and agrees that by placing an order with SugarbushArmory.com (Sugarbush Armory, LLC) you consent and agree to be legally bound by all of the following Store Policies (Terms and Conditions). read them all very carefully. 

 ORDER CANCELLATION FEES 

Buyer and/or User or this site acknowledges and agrees that we invest time and incur real costs at the time you place your order and during the preparation of every order that is placed on our site, even before the order ships and at the time the order is placed by the Buyer and/or User of this site. 

Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees to be responsible for paying a 25% Order Cancellation Fee if your order is cancelled for any reason before your order is submitted for processing. Unfortunately, this is necessary in order to keep our prices low for all of our customers. 

Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees to be responsible for paying original shipping cost, return shipping cost, RTS fees or other associated charges, and a 25% Order Cancellation fee if your order is cancelled for any reason after your order is submitted for processing. Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees that no refunds, partial or otherwise, can or will be issued until returned product has been received and processed. Unfortunately, this is necessary in order to keep our prices low for all of our customers. 

Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees that requests to cancel an order must be emailed to sales@sugarbusharmory.com and are not approved or valid until confirmation is given in writing from SugarbushArmory.com (Sugarbush Armory, LLC) and/or its assignees. Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees that order cancellation requests are only processed during our normal business hours. We make every effort to process requests within two business days. Holiday periods may increase processing times. 

Buyer and/or User of this site consents and agrees to pay the Order Cancellation Fee of (25% on orders placed but not yet processed) or (25% on orders placed and submitted for processing) plus any shipping, return fees, or any other associated charges if you choose to Cancel your existing Placed Order. 

ONLINE PRICE AND/OR DESCRIPTION ERRORS 

Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees that some items ordered will have a low quantity of stock available and that more than one person may order an item. Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees that if this occurs, we fulfill the first funded order with all the required information to submit the order for fulfillment. Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees that if we run out of an item, we will cancel your order and fully refund your purchase amount. Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees that if your order contains more than one item and only part of the order is out of stock, SugarbushArmory.com (Sugarbush Armory, LLC), may or may not at the Seller’s discretion fulfill the in-stock items in your order and issue a refund for any of the items that are out of stock. 

Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees that occasionally an item may appear on the site by mistake or the item(s) description and/or title may contain a typographical error.

Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees that SugarbushArmory.com (Sugarbush Armory, LLC) and/or its assignees do not guarantee that titles, descriptions, pictures, or prices on the site are error-free. 

Buyer and/or User of this site agrees that SugarbushArmory.com (Sugarbush Armory, LLC) and/or its assignees only guarantee that Buyer and/or User of this site will receive the item with the UPC number that Buyer and/or User of this site orders; pictures and/or descriptions may or may not be accurate. Buyer and/or User of this site agrees responsible for verifying with the manufacturer that the pictures and/or descriptions are accurate with the UPC number. Buyer and/or User of this site agrees that disputes over the UPC number for the item ordered will be resolved at the sole discretion of SugarbushArmory.com (Sugarbush Armory, LLC) and/or its assignees. Buyer and/or User of this site agrees to take the sole responsibility for verifying with the manufacturer the accuracy of any pictures and/or descriptions for the UPC number that Buyer and/or User of this site is wanting prior to placing an order. Buyer and/or User of this site agrees to contact the manufacturer for any resolution with inaccuracies in descriptions or pictures contained on this site. Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees that SugarbushArmory.com (Sugarbush Armory, LLC) and/or its assignees are not responsible for inaccuracies in descriptions and/or pictures contained on this site.

Buyer and/or User of this site agrees to return received product to SugarbushArmory.com (Sugarbush Armory, LLC) and/or its assignees that have a substantial error or mistake as determined by SugarbushArmory.com (Sugarbush Armory, LLC) and/or its assignees at no additional cost to SugarbushArmory.com (Sugarbush Armory, LLC) and/or its assignees beyond actual shipping costs. Buyer and/or User of this site agrees to be responsible for all charges over the actual shipping costs.

Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees that pictures and/or descriptions may or may not fully represent the product and/or may be unintentionally incorrect. Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees that we will not accept returns, offer discounts, or refunds due to these inaccuracies.

Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees that SugarbushArmory.com (Sugarbush Armory, LLC) and/or its assignees will be the final arbiter of any discrepancies. 

 BUYER AND/OR USER OF THIS SITE RESPONSIBILITY 

 Buyer and/or User of this site consents and agrees to follow all the Store Policies (Terms and Conditions).

Buyer and/or User of this site agrees they are at least the legal age in their State/locale to purchase any item from SugarbushArmory.com (Sugarbush Armory, LLC). 

Buyer and/or User of this site agrees they are of legal age to own any of the items ordered from this site. Buyer and/or User of this site agrees to provide requested information such as a copy of their State Identification, photos of received product, or any other requested information within 48 hours if requested by SugarbushArmory.com (Sugarbush Armory, LLC) and/or its assignees. 

Buyer and/or User of this site agrees to be responsible for complying with all Federal, State, and/or local laws and regulations before ordering or using any item from SugarbushArmory.com (Sugarbush Armory, LLC). Buyer and/or User of this site agrees to be responsible for following all manufacturer safety instructions and to only use the product(s) in a safe manner in an approved area and only for a legal purpose.

Buyer and/or User of this site agrees to assume all responsibility and legality for any items purchased from SugarbushArmory.com (Sugarbush Armory, LLC). 

Buyer and/or User of this site agrees to provide a valid contact phone number and email address for any order placed on this site.

Buyer and/or User of this site agrees that SugarbushArmory.com (Sugarbush Armory, LLC) and/or its assignees may contact you at the phone number and/or email address provided when setting up your account and/or placing your order.

Buyer and/or User of this site agrees to make payment and not dispute payment, for any reason whatsoever, for all orders placed on SugarbushArmory.com (Sugarbush Armory, LLC).

Buyer and/or User of this site agrees to accept responsibility to verify with the manufacturer that the item with the UPC number being order is the item they want prior to placing an order on this site. 

Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees that orders cannot be changed after they are placed, and any changes will require the order to be cancelled and be subject to the applicable Order Cancellation Fee to be charged (See the Order Cancellation Fees section below).

Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees that when placing an order with SugarbushArmory.com (Sugarbush Armory, LLC) they are not prohibited by Federal, State, and/or Local laws and regulations from receiving items of any kind ordered or obtained from this site.

Buyer and/or User of this site agrees they are the actual Transferee/Buyer of the Firearm(s) or other items purchased on this site. Warning: You are not the actual transferee/buyer if you are acquiring any of the firearm(s) on behalf of another person. If you are not the actual transferee/buyer, the licensee cannot transfer any of the firearm(s) to you.

Buyer and/or User of this site agrees  they do not intend to sell or otherwise dispose of any firearm(s)  purchased on this site in furtherance of any felony or other offense punishable by imprisonment for a term of more than one year, a federal crime of terrorism, or a drug trafficking offense?

Buyer and/or User of this site agrees they are not under indictment or information in any court for a felony, or any other crime for which the judge could imprison you for more than one year, or are you a current member of the military who has been charged with violation(s) of the Uniform Code of Military Justice and whose charge(s) have been referred to a general court-martial?

Buyer and/or User of this site agrees they have never been convicted in any court, including a military court, of a felony, or any other crime for which the judge could have imprisoned you for more than one year, even if you received a shorter sentence including probation?

Buyer and/or User of this site agrees they have never been adjudicated as a mental defective OR have you ever been committed to a mental institution?

Buyer and/or User of this site agrees they  are not subject to a court order, including a Military Protection Order issued by a military judge or magistrate, restraining you from harassing, stalking, or threatening your child or an intimate partner or child of such partner.

Buyer and/or User of this site agrees they have never been convicted in any court of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence, or are not or have never been a member of the military and been convicted of a crime that included, as an element, the use of force against a person as identified in the instructions.

Buyer and/or User of this site agrees they have never  renounced your United States citizenship.

Buyer and/or User of this site agrees they  are not an alien illegally or unlawfully in the United States.

Buyer and/or User of this site agrees that if they are an alien who has been admitted to the United States under a nonimmigrant visa including, among others, persons visiting the United States temporarily for business or pleasure, persons studying in the United States who maintain a residence abroad, and certain temporary foreign workers, and you can provide the additional documentation as required to establish they you are excepted from the nonimmigrant alien prohibition.

Buyer and/or User of this site agrees they  do not intend to sell or dispose of any firearm(s) listed on this form or any continuation sheet(s) to any person described in questions 21(b)-(l) or to a person described in question 21.m.1 who does not fall within a nonimmigrant alien exception?

Buyer and/or User of this site agrees to accept sole responsibility and hold SugarbushArmory.com (Sugarbush Armory, LLC) and/or its assignees harmless for any lead exposure that may occur from cleaning, handling, or discharging firearms, ammunition or ammunition components or any other items purchased from this site. 

PURCHASING FIREARMS ONLINE 

Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees that items displayed on this site are available for online purchase only. ONLINE PRICING AND STOCK DO NOT REFLECT IN-STORE PRICING AND STOCK.

Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees it is illegal to ship firearms to anyone not holding an active Federal Firearms License (FFL). Firearms purchased online may be picked up at our retail store or shipped to an FFL (Federal Firearms Licensee) near you.

Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees we only provide a generic list of FFL providers at checkout. The FFL providers listed on our site may or may not still be in business, may or may not accept transfers, may or may not accept dropship orders (a large percentage of  orders are drop shipped from one of our wholesale partners), and may or may not have other unforeseen issues. Buyer and/or User of this site agrees to be responsible for ensuring the FFL provider selected can and will accept their order. 

Buyer and/or User of this site agrees to be responsible for ensuring the chosen FFL provider is open for business and can and will accept their transfer at the premises address listed on the FFL’s (Federal Firearms Licensee’s) license and that the address matches the address selected when placing the order. Buyer and/or User of this site agrees to be responsible for providing an alternate FFL provider if their chosen FFL provider cannot or will not accept their transfer at the premises address listed on their FFL license for any reason including, but not limited to, not accepting dropship orders, internal holds with dropship providers or any other restrictions of any kind. 

Buyer and/or User of this site consents and agrees to provide SugarbushArmory.com (Sugarbush Armory, LLC) with an alternate FFL provider, if requested, for any reason determined at SugarbushArmory.com (Sugarbush Armory, LLC) and/or its assignees sole discretion. Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges some of these reasons may include our distributors not shipping to home-based FFL’s, internal holds with SugarbushArmory.com (Sugarbush Armory, LLC) or any of our distributors, address disputes or any other reason determined at SugarbushArmory.com (Sugarbush Armory, LLC) sole discretion. Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees that most reasons for internal holds or shipping restrictions are confidential information and may not be able to be shared with the Buyer and/or User of this site. 

Buyer and/or User of this site agrees to be responsible for any shipping, restocking and/or any other charges associated with their chosen FFL provider failing and/or refusing to accept their firearm(s) and/or any other item(s) purchased on this site. 

Buyer and/or User of this site agrees to be responsible for any shipping, restocking, and/or any other charges associated with orders failing to be accepted at the attempted delivery time of carrier.

Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees that firearm orders cannot be shipped without a copy of your selected FFL provider’s license. Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees the FFL license number does not satisfy the FFL license copy requirement. Buyer and/or User of this site agrees to be responsible for having their chosen FFL provider send a copy of their license to freedom@sugarbusharmory.com within 5 days. Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees that orders not receiving a matching FFL copy within 5 days will be subject to the Order Cancellation fee.

Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees we only ship within the 50 United States.

Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees that orders placed outside of the shipping area will be cancelled and the Order Cancellation Fee will be charged.

Buyer and/or User of this site agrees to be responsible for ensuring the customer information matches the billing information for the card used to pay for the order. Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees orders with non-matching information is subject to the Order Cancellation Fee. 

Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees that orders cannot be changed after being placed. Buyer and/or User of this site agrees to be responsible for ensuring orders are correct before placing an order. Buyer and/or User of this site agrees to be responsible for paying the applicable Order Cancellation Fee for any changes to placed orders. 

Buyer and/or User of this site agrees to be responsible for ensuring the return of products deemed at SugarbushArmory.com (Sugarbush Armory, LLC) and/or its assignees sole discretion needs to be returned at no additional cost over actual return shipping charges from their chosen FFL provider. Buyer and/or User of this site agrees to be responsible for paying any charges over actual shipping charges levied by their chosen FFL provider for returns required for any reason whatsoever, including shipments of any kind with or without errors in accuracy of the product delivered. 

Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees SugarbushArmory.com (Sugarbush Armory, LLC) is not and will not be responsible for paying transfer fees and/or return fees charged by their chosen FFL provider. Buyer and/or User of this site agrees to be responsible for paying any transfer fees, return fees and/or fees of any kind charged by their chosen FFL provider for any reason whatsoever. 

 WARRANTY FOR NEW FIREARMS AND PRODUCTS 

Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees most new firearms and products are warranted by the manufacturer and product returns or repairs must be arranged directly with the manufacturer by the Buyer and/or User of this site. Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees that SugarbushArmory.com (Sugarbush Armory, LLC) and/or its assignees do not provide warranties or repairs for any item as any warranties and/or repairs, if available, are provided by the manufacturer of the firearm or product purchased. Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees to contact the manufacturer of any product they want to order to verify the warranty availability and requirements prior to completing a purchase. Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees that SugarbushArmory.com (Sugarbush Armory, LLC) and/or its assignees will not be responsible for manufacturer warranty terms and conditions or availability of a manufacturer warranty as this is the Buyer and/or User of this site’s sole responsibility. 

Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees that most manufacturers require the Buyer and/or User of this site to pay shipping costs to send a firearm to the manufacturer for warranty issues. Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees to contact and verify the warranty, if available, before completing a purchase. Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees that SugarbushArmory.com (Sugarbush Armory, LLC) and/or its assignees will not be responsible for the Buyer and or User of this sites decision not to verify and agree to follow the manufacturer’s warranty policy prior to placing an order.

Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees to pay shipping charges if they have a warranty issue, unfortunately, this is the policy of most manufacturers. Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees that SugarbushArmory.com (Sugarbush Armory, LLC) and/or its assignees does not provide shipping for their firearm or other product if they have a warranty issue; please do not place an order on this site if this is not acceptable to you.

Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees that manufacturer defects, including, but not limited to, cosmetic defects, must be handled through the manufacturer. Buyer and/or User of this site agrees to contact the manufacturer directly for warranty, repair, or replacement of their item. Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees that SugarbushArmory.com (Sugarbush Armory, LLC) does not warranty any item for any reason including, but not limited to, manufacturing defects and/or cosmetic issues. Buyer and/or User of this site agrees to contact the manufacturer for any available and/or applicable warranty claims.

GENERAL SALES INFORMATION

Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees to comply with all Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations regarding the purchase and possession of firearms, magazines, receivers, restricted law enforcement items and/or any other items sold on this site. Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees it is their sole responsibility to check Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations before placing an order.

Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees to be responsible for paying an Order Cancellation fee, Restocking fee, and other associated charges if an order is placed for a restricted or prohibited item in their state. Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees to accept new firearms and products as shipped in the original manufacturer box with the accessories and/or applicable warranty as received from the distributor and/or manufacturer.

Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees to return to the manufacturer any firearms or any other item purchased that requires warranty work, if applicable. Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees that SugarbushArmory.com (Sugarbush Armory, LLC) and/or its assignees do not provide any warranty or repair for any item purchased whatsoever.

Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees that SugarbushArmory.com (Sugarbush Armory, LLC) and/or its assignees only guarantee that they will receive the item with the UPC number that the Buyer and/or User of this site orders. Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees that pictures and/or descriptions listed on this site may or may not be accurate. Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees it is their sole responsibility to verify with the manufacturer the accuracy of any picture and/or description for the UPC number being ordered. Buyer and/or User of this site agrees to be responsible for verifying with the manufacturer the product is acceptable to them prior to placing an order. Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees that prices on firearms, accessories or any other item fluctuate based on manufacturer and/or distributor price changes or promotions. Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees SugarbushArmory.com (Sugarbush Armory, LLC) and/or its assignees price based off current wholesale pricing at the time the Buyer and/or User of this site places an order. Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees that SugarbushArmory.com (Sugarbush Armory, LLC) and/or its assignees do not offer a price guarantee and will not provide a partial refund if the sale price of a firearm or other product is lowered after Buyer and/or User of this site completes a purchase. 

STATE RESTRICTIONS 

Sugarbush Armory, LLC makes a concerted effort to follow Federal, State, and Local laws in the selling and shipping of purchased items from our website. Federal, State and Local laws are constantly changing; therefore, it is incumbent upon you, the purchaser, to be thoroughly knowledgeable of the current status of Federal, State and Local laws governing your specific community. Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges that they are in compliance with their own state’s laws, regulations, and restrictions for items purchased.

INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT 

Buyer and/or User of his site acknowledges and agrees to be responsible for all representations made when making purchases under the Store Policies (Terms and Conditions) contained on this site. Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees to be responsible for incorrect representations or if Buyer and/or User of this site fails to comply with these Store Policies (Terms and Conditions) of sale, then Buyer and/or User of this site will indemnify, defend, sale harmless, and release SugarbushArmory.com (Sugarbush Armory, LLC) and its owners, agents, officers, and employees against any civil liability or criminal prosecution resulting from Buyer and/or User of this site’s purchase, or other use of this site, from SugarbushArmory.com (Sugarbush Armory, LLC) and/or its assignees. 

Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees that by placing an order, Buyer and/or User of this site releases SugarbushArmory.com (Sugarbush Armory, LLC) and/or its assignees from any and all liability arising from or related to the product(s) Buyer and/or User of this site purchased from SugarbushArmory.com (Sugarbush Armory, LLC) and/or its assignees, including, but not limited to, Buyer and/or User of this site and/or anyone else’s handling or transportation of the product(s), and Buyer and/or User of this site agrees to indemnify, defend, save harmless, and release SugarbushArmory.com (Sugarbush Armory, LLC) and its owners, agents, officers, and employees against any civil liability or criminal prosecution resulting from the product(s) Buyer and/or User of this site purchased from SugarbushArmory.com (Sugarbush Armory, LLC) and/or its assignees. 

 RESTOCKING FEES 

Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees that if for any reason a firearm or other item must be shipped back to one of our wholesale partners or our retail location, the Buyer and/or User of this site will be responsible for paying the return shipping and all other related costs and fees.

Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees that upon our receipt of your new, unopened item, your purchase price minus original shipping, minus return shipping, minus a 25% restocking fee will be refunded to your card or other original payment method. No refund, partial or otherwise, can or will be issued until the returned product has been received and processed. 

Buyer and/or User of this site understands that SugarbushArmory.com (Sugarbush Armory, LLC) does not offer reshipment of items that have been returned.

Buyer and/or User of this site agrees we will not accept return shipments without a Return Authorization Number - Contact us to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Items shipped to us without a return authorization number will be considered abandoned and no refund of any kind will be issued. 

NON-FIREARM SHIPPING 

Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees that SugarbushArmory.com (Sugarbush Armory, LLC) will not ship to P.O. Boxes, orders placed for shipment to P.O. Boxes will be cancelled and subject to the Order Cancellation Fee. Buyer and/or User of this site agrees that all non-firearm items ordered must ship to the Billing address. Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges that they are responsible for accepting delivery of their items at the address provided. Buyer and/or User of this site agrees to provide matching Billing and Shipping addresses for all non-firearm items ordered from this site. Buyer and/or User of this site agrees not to place an order with this site for non-firearm items if the Billing and Shipping addresses do not match. Buyer and/or User of this site agrees that orders for non-firearm items placed on this site where the Billing and Shipping addresses do not match will be subject to the applicable Order Cancellation Fee. Unfortunately, due to the amount of fraud, this is required to keep our prices as low as possible for all our customers. 

PROOF OF DELIVERY 

Buyer and/or User of this site agrees to provide a safe and secure delivery point for their ordered items to be delivered. Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees to accept the “Delivered” carrier status as legally binding proof of delivery in all instances. Buyer and/or User of this site agrees to work directly with the Manufacturer for replacement or repair of any products on this website. Manufacturers may or may not be able to replace or repair the products on this website.

Buyer and/or User of this site agrees that No Refunds of Any Kind will be given for Used Firearms. Buyer and/or User of this site agrees that Used Firearms are Sold with No Warranty or Guarantee of any kind.

Buyer and/or User of this site agrees that our distributors may offer used items that are fed to our website through their distributor feeds with descriptions and photos that may or may not be accurate. Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees that SugarbushArmory.com (Sugarbush Armory, LLC) has no visible knowledge of the condition of these items, and the Buyer and/or User of this site assumes the sole responsibility for the condition of these items in every way. Buyer and/or User of this site agrees to accept any issues and assumes all responsibility for purchasing used firearms from our site. FAILED BACKGROUND CHECK AND/OR FAILURE TO ACCEPT ORDER 

Buyer and/or User of this site agrees to accept and transfer their order from their FFL provider within 7 Business Days.

Buyer and/or User of this site agrees to pay for Original Shipping costs, Return Shipping costs, and a 25% Restocking Fee on any order that is not transferred to Buyer and/or User of this site within seven business days.

Buyer and/or User of this site agrees that Weekends and Holidays do not count as Business Days. Buyer and/or User of this site agrees that the method of shipping will be determined by SugarbushArmory.com (Sugarbush Armory, LLC) and/or its assignees at the time of shipment preparation.

Buyer and/or User of this site agrees that shipping charges are applied per item ordered. Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees that if an ordered item is damaged, lost, or stolen the Buyer and/or User of this site is responsible to contact the carrier to file a claim. Buyer and/or User of this site agrees that if the receiving party if unavailable for delivery, the Buyer and/or User of this site will be responsible to make new arrangements and will be responsible to pay for the shipping and other related costs for a replacement item to be reshipped, if available. Buyer and/or User of this site agrees that if a replacement item is unavailable the order will be cancelled and the Buyer and/or User of this site will be responsible for paying and the Order Cancellation Fee.

AMMUNITION PURCHASES

Buyer and/or User of this site agrees that they are of legal age to Purchase Rifle or Shotgun Ammunition and of legal age to Purchase Handgun ammunition. Buyer and/or User of this site agrees to always make sure to use the correct ammunition for your Specific Firearm. Buyer and/or User of this site agrees to ensure compliance with All Local, State or Federal Laws or any other regulations.

CREDIT / DEBIT CARD CHARGEBACKS

Buyer and/or User of this site agrees that all Credit Card Chargebacks (or any other charge to us in any other form) will be actively pursued through Collection and/or Judicial and/or Legal means. 1. Buyer and/or User of this site agrees to pay a Credit, Debit, or any other charge to us in any other form) a Chargeback Fee of $25.00 per Filed Chargeback.
2. Buyer and/or User of this site agrees to pay an Administrative Fee of $100.00 (or the maximum amount allowed by law if less than $100.00) per Filed Chargeback.
3. Buyer and/or User of this site agrees to pay for Original Chargeback Amount, all applicable fees, all collection recovery costs, all incidental costs (including Travel, Hotel and Meals), and All Attorney Fees involved in collecting any monies owed to SugarbushArmory.com (Sugarbush Armory, LLC).
4. Buyer and/or User of this site agrees to pay our Collection Agent, any and all monies owed to SugarbushArmory.com (Sugarbush Armory, LLC) including a fee of 30% of the total owed to SugarbushArmory.com (Sugarbush Armory, LLC) on accounts less than 1 year old. A fee of 40% of the total owed will be charged in addition to the amount owed to SugarbushArmory.com (Sugarbush Armory, LLC) for accounts over 1 year old.

Buyer and/or User of this site agrees that filing a chargeback will result in order cancellation and the Buyer and/or User of this site will be responsible for the appropriate Order Cancellation Fee (see Order Cancellation Fees) as well as the Chargeback Fee, Administrative Fee and Collection Fees listed above.
