Certification/ Assumption of Risk

I, the undersigned participant, do hereby waive and release the Ozark Sportsman, and their respective coaches/instructors, officers, directors, trustees, employees, agents, independent contractors, representatives and volunteers (collectively, “Ozark Sportsman”) from any and all liability whatsoever related in any way to my involvement or participation in ANY activities and use of any equipment, electric bike test drive, facilities and/or services, including virtual services, provided by the Ozark Sportsman, including but not limited to all liability for property damage, personal injury and/or death.

In consideration of my permitted involvement in ANY activity provided by the Ozark Sportsman (either on-site, off-site, or virtually), I further acknowledge and agree that:

The sport of shooting, archery, golf, axe throwing, darts, e-bikes and other recreational activities involves risk of property damage, bodily injury and/or death.
I KNOWINGLY and FREELY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS, and
I, for myself, and on behalf of my heirs, successors and estate, hereby FULLY RELEASE, HOLD HARMLESS and COVENANT NOT TO SUE OZARK SPORTSMAN with respect to ANY AND ALL such property damage, personal injury and/or death.
The foregoing release extends to both known and unknown claims to the fullest extent allowed by law.

Ozark Sportsman and their coaches/instructors, officers, directors, employees, agents, and volunteers have my permission to seek whatever medical treatment may be deemed prudent or necessary in the event of an emergency.

In addition to the foregoing, I understand that my access to ALL Ozark Sportsman activities and/or any virtual service provided by Ozark Sportsman is pursuant and subject to all posted and verbal instructions, applicable range rules, workshop rules and other rules and regulations adopted from time to time by Ozark Sportsman, as well as to any Private Party Space License Agreement and Regulations or other agreements relating to my access to the various activites in the facility, and I agree to comply with such instructions, rules and regulations and any such agreements during my use of the facility and/or any virtual service. I also agree to remain alert and act in a careful and prudent manner at all times while participating in activities at Ozark Sportsman, on-site, off-site, or virtually.

I hereby authorize the Ozark Sportsman to utilize any and all photographs, digital images, videos or other likeness of me or anyone assigned guardianship to me, as they deem appropriate in promotional materials, educational materials and/or web content, without compensation.

Gun Range Rules

Case and uncase all firearms at the firing lane bench.
Always keep the firearm pointed in a safe direction and your finger off the trigger.
At the shooting stall, always keep the muzzle pointed down range.
Always make sure the safety is on and the magazine is removed before receiving or handling a firearm.
Drawing from the holster is NOT permitted on the range.
Never move ahead of the firing lane.
Hearing and eye protection are required at all times.
Know how the firearm operates. If unsure, ASK!
Know that the firearm and ammunition are compatible. If unsure, ASK!
No more than 3 people are permitted per shooting stall.
You will be fined for hitting anything other than the proper target.
The use of alochol or drugs prior and during shooting is PROHIBITED.
No food, drinks or tabacoo products are permitted on the range.
Only lead core bullets are permited on the range. No steel cored, incediary, tracer, exploding, or tipped ammunition of any kind is permitted on the permises.
No outside firearms instruciton/training classes are permitted. All trianing must be conducted by a certificed Ozark Sportsman instructor.
Never carry a loaded firearm behind the safety line or out of the range.
Management will ask you to leave without refund if range rules are broken.
Must be accompanied by a parent/guardian if under 21.

Archery Range Rules

All standard long bows, recurve bows, compound bows and crossbows are acceptable on the range. 380 and 400 compound bows must shoot in the posted dedicated lanes.
Family members under 16 must be accompanied by an adult member.
Always draw the bow pointed toward the target, with or without arrows.
Avoid physical contact with an archer in the shooting position.
Do not shoot arrows up into the air.
Do not use damaged equipment.
Never use arrows that are too short for your draw length. Do not use cracked arrows.
Wait behind the shooting line until all archers are finished shooting and the signal to collect is given.
Never handle another archer’s equipment without permission.
No broached or expandable arrows.
No broadheads.
Do not cross the shooting line to retrieve arrows until everyone is done shooting.

Golf Simulator Rules

Players are responsible for the equipment inside the simulator. no swinging clubs outside of the simulator for safety reasons.
Only one person should be present in the hitting area at a time everyone must keep a safe distance, and keep watch of the person golfing.
Beware and pay attention: swinging golf clubs near people and balls exiting the bay at high speed can be extermely dangerous.
Before you swing any club, check your surrounding to ensure no one or obstacle is within your range of swing.
Be aware of your backswing and follow-through at all times.
Your shot must be directed towards the hitting screen.
Swinging should always take place near the hitting area of the mat.
Practice swings must be done in the designated hitting areas.
Be alert of where you stand or walk and stay out of someone's range of swing.
Throwing golf balls is prohibited.
Only dispense and hit one golf ball at a time.
Guests under 16 should be supervised by an adult when playing.
Report any accidents immediately to the service staff.
Customers are financially responsible for any damage caused by failure to follow the directions.
Keep food and drinks at the provided tables. no food or drink inside the simulator at any time.
Failure to abide by any rules will result in cancellation with no refund.

Axe Throwing Rules

Must be 18 to throw without guardian present; must be at least 16 to throw with guardian present.
No personal axes or knives without management approval.
One person throwing at a time; if you're not throwing do not cross the blue line.
No one should cross the red line unless retrieving an axe/knife.
No unapproved throws or trick shots.
Closed toe shoes required.
If alcohol is brought in: beer or wine coolers only *limit 2 per person* strictly enforced.
No alcohol crosses the blue line. you cannot go to the indoor gun range after any alcohol consumption.
If you remove your wristband you will have to pay again to throw.
Remain on the lane you have rented; do not invade other lanes.
