Today was my first day on the plan. My consultant is thinking I may be on the wrong one, based on me feeling tired and hungry today. Already suggested eating every 2 hours instead of 3 hours. Which would require me paying more for food…so I’m wondering if this is common to increase sales? Seem odd…

I would have given 5 stars prior to the phone visit this last Friday, July 16. The person who called me was abrupt and I could tell, defensive as well. When we were processing my order, I indicated I returned during the $100 comeback cash promo, I was starting a 14 day isolation due to possible contact and the person I spoke to said I could definitely take advantage of the offer (I could not do store visit). I got 2 weeks of product but she made it clear I have to do my weekly check ins to get the $25 per week for 4 weeks. Your employee on Friday said I was not eligible and she would have to speak with someone to give me the $25 credit. She turned a supportive phone call into a negative experience for me. When Livea represented at my initial contact I was to receive the promo, that must be honored as good business practice. I believe I still have one more $25 credit to equal the $100. When I go in this next Friday I expect someone should be able to let me know how much of a credit I've received; when I have asked they don't seem to know. The Livea emails all indicate visits are flexible due to covid - I was leaving for out of state and chose to do a phone visit - I prefer not to meet with whomever I spoke with Friday. Thank you.

I know it's a strange world we are in with zoom, but this is working for me. I feel very supported and encouraged on my program. The “counselors†say “ they careâ€, but seem more interested in getting through their routine questions and selling the products,
